Preventative Maintenance Services:

CWS also offers a free on-site Printer Health Check of all your printers. On an agreed date we will dispatch an Engineer who will inspect all of the printers on site. We will then email you a report with an indication of the current status of the printers on site and also what parts may be required in the near future.

We can then provide a quote to you for a maintenance contract or a cost for repair. The audit enables the customer to plan for future expenditure, and for CWS to have correct and precise information about the equipment on-site to ensure parts are always available and any possible replacement units are sourced

Proactive Maintenance:

Customers who wish to take out a maintenance contract with CWS will benefit from quarterly site visits by a qualified engineer who will inspect all the printers on site and service them so as to proactively maintain them thereby avoiding future downtime. Audit updates are also performed during such site visits so as to ensure that we always have correct and up to date information.
